Jared is passionate about getting his hands dirty and knowing where his food comes from. When he started Summer Kitchen Farm, it was out of a need to work outside, preserve soil health, and provide his community with access to fresh produce.
As Summer Kitchen Farm continues to grow, Jared is looking forward to finding increasingly more sustainable ways to feed more people.

Corrin has a deep love of feeding people. This love has manifested itself in a strong desire to know where her ingredients come from and an appreciation for growing the best ingredients possible here on the farm. She enjoys connecting with local Lehigh Valley restaurants to grow ingredients they need and trust.
When she’s not cooking or helping on the farm, Corrin works as a content strategist for a global marketing agency and uses her talent and experience to help other farms tell their story.
